Simply Better Auto Service

Absolutely the best, We had issues with Kal tire on Elk, Kevin at 5th and the staff showed us where Kal. Completely misdiagnosed the issue saving us $500-$700 great to deal with.

This review is a bit overdue. My family had been living in West Kelowna until this year for 14 years and relied on Fifth Ave (I only spoke to Kevin but there's a team of great workers to thank!) for all of our cars' needs and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sometimes it was as simple as me being a bit dumb, no charge. Sometimes it was an easy fix, bare minimum charge. One time, because I drive a Smart car, Mercedes quoted me an astronomical amount and said they'd have to fly the part in from Germany, but Kevin told me the part was in Kelowna and they'd have it done in a day or so and it's been working perfectly years later. I trust these guys a lot and am very sad to have moved away now!

We were camping in West Kelowna and the starter on our van died and Kevin and his team got us back up and running within 4 hours. The quote was the price we paid. He even had the part ordered and at the shop before the van arrived. We had our van towed here because of the previous positive reviews and the 5 star rating and FAA did not disappoint. Thanks Kevin, we made it home safe!

In spite of their very busy schedule, Kevan and his crew made it sure that my car is fixed and running so I can get back to the lower mainland and not be further stranded in West Kelowna. They are very informative and professional, shop and reception are clean, and of course the service, great! Kevan even called after a couple of days to check on my vehicle. The car problem I experienced was terrible but the help I got from Fifth Avenue Auto was amazing.

Amazing service and kind staff. Felt taken cared of and will 100% go back. Wouldn’t dream of visiting another shop.

Straight shooters with stellar service. We were in a bind having barely made it to West Kelowna from Vancouver. Our car was acting up on the mountain passes but we eventually sputtered into town. Extremely worried about our return, we took the car into the closest shop, Fifth Avenue Auto. Kevin and Kevan reassured us and inspired instant confidence in their honesty and reliability. They assessed our car in a short period of time and did the repair promptly. They even dealt with our warranty provider. I highly recommend Fifth Avenue Auto. Can’t say it enough. Thank you so much, guys.

These guys are a total treat to deal with! As a traveler with truck problems on my adventures, I found Fifth Avenue Auto to repair my truck. Every aspect of dealing with Kevin and Crew was top notch and 100 % professional! Straight forward and very efficient which now a days is a tough find. Wish this shop was closer to home for me.

I've had my vehicle repaired several times at Fifth Avenue Auto this past year and have been very satisfied with the service. Kevin is very professional and knowledgeable and he takes time to explain mechanical problems and solutions. The shop does good work and there is no pressure to repair more than is necessary. I would highly recommend this business.

I had an awesome experience with 5th Ave Auto! I had some car problems so I contacted them online and Kevin answered right away and was super accommodating to the challenges I had with my timelines for booking. When I brought in my vehicle, they did an inspection and serviced my vehicle thoroughly without any pressure to fix anything unnecessarily. It was a quality service at a reasonable price, and the staff were friendly, professional and genuinely interesting to talk to. Will definitely return to this establishment should I face more car trouble in the future.

Kevin and the techs always take such good care of our Rav 4. Best mechanic shop in town. Thank you guys!!!
